WHAT IS NAMI SWI?
NAMI SWI is an affiliate of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. www.nami.org. NAMI SWI is a non-profit, self-help, volunteer organization dedicated to improving quality of life for people with mental illness and their families. NAMI SWI is a member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
WHO WE SERVE
NAMI SWI serves Six Counties in Southwestern Illinois: Bond, Clinton, Macoupin, Madison, Randolph, and St Clair.
WHAT WE DO
NAMI SWI provides free education and support programs for persons with mental illnesses and their families. We provide a voice for people affected by mental illnesses by advocating for them with public and private policy makers for better legislation and more effective mental health treatment options.
